Later this month I am heading to sunny Swansea to take part in a charity run. It is a great day out for us girls and we have decided to run in aid of Hafan Cymru, an organisation focused on preventing abuse and promoting freedom for women, men and children who are escaping domestic violence. It also aims to educate young people in Wales about abuse and its consequences. I am training every day at the moment on the treadmill and my friend Katherine Jenkins has got a group of us together to do practice runs in Hyde Park, so we are taking it very seriously!
