Hair Sponge

When I’m working I pop a hair sponge around my wrist to hold pins and grips. It makes for easy access so you can concentrate on styling and holding up the hair. I was on a beauty shoot for Marie Claire last week, pinning up a topknot in a style favoured by the likes of Chloё Sevigny and many an East London hipster chick, when it dawned on me that sponges would make it so much easier for girls to do the style themselves.
