Below is the video for Bring Me to Life. It was shot in Turkey in Istanbal. I wanted to give Katherine’s hair a Sixties feel with, of course, Bridget Bardot as my reference. I teased it at the crown and curled the hair with my new favourite curling iron – the babyliss largest curling tong – which I used all over to add soft movement.
I have been working with Katherine Jenkin’s loads lately. People are fascinated by her and I get asked all the time what she’s like. Obviously she has an unbelievable voice and is very pretty. But I can honestly say she looks that good even at 5am when I often turn up to help her get ready for the day with Charlotte Reid her make-up artist. But to me the most important thing is how kind she is and how many giggles we have together. It’s been a fun three months of shoots and concerts and TV. And as many hair looks as laughs…
