CHARGES AND BILLING

Alfol Ltd bills you through an online account (your "Payment Account") for services and items obtained under this Subscription Agreement (the "Products"), including Alfol Ltd subscriptions, tickets to events, etc.

You agree to pay Alfol Ltd all charges at the prices then in effect for any Products ordered by you or other persons (including your agents) using your Billing Account (for example, under an Associated Account), and you authorise Alfol Ltd to charge your chosen payment method (your "Payment Method") for such Products.

You agree to make payment using that selected Payment Method. You will have one billing statement available online (your "Online Statement") per Billing Account. Alfol Ltd reserves the right to correct any errors or mistakes that it makes even if it has already requested or received payment.

If Alfol Ltd does not receive payment from your Payment Method Provider, you agree to pay all amounts due on your Billing Account upon demand.

You must provide current, complete and accurate information for your billing account in order to receive the products ordered.
You must promptly update all information to keep your billing account current, complete and accurate (such as a change in email address, billing address, credit card number, or credit card expiration date), and you must promptly notify Alfol Ltd if your payment method is cancelled (for example, for loss or theft) or if you become aware of a potential breach of security, such as the unauthorised disclosure or use of your user name or password.

Changes to such information can be made at http://www.paypal.com. If you fail to provide Alfol Ltd any of the foregoing information, you agree that Alfol Ltd may continue charging you for any product provided under your billing account, unless you have terminated your subscription for such product (confirmed in writing upon request).

Refund Policies
You understand that Alfol Ltd subscription services will commence as soon as Alfol Ltd receives and processes your initial payment. You agree that any statutory right to withdraw from Alfol Ltd subscription services will be waived as soon as Alfol Ltd subscription services commence.

Event ticket purchases
It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders of the cancellation once we have received the relevant authorisation from the Event Partner. We do not guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event.

We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the event is cancelled. If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered places at any rescheduled event (subject to availability) up to the face value of the tickets or, if the ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled event or the event is not rescheduled, a full refund. Full refunds for tickets purchased prior to the date of the original event will be given up to the face value of the tickets purchased plus the relevant per ticket booking fee. In order to claim your refund, please apply in writing to Alfol Ltd Mallan House Bridge End Hexham Northumberland NE46 4DQ. You must enclose your unused tickets. For accounting purposes this must be received within 28 days from the date of the cancelled performance. This does not affect your statutory rights.

This ticket is issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of the venue and Event Partner. Full details are available on request. Breach of any of these Rules and Regulations or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall entitle the venue or Event Partner to eject you from the venue.

The venue reserves the right to refuse admission should patrons breach any Rules and Regulations of the venue or Event Partner. The venue may on occasions have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.

We will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen.

Tickets are sold subject to the venue or Event Partner's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.

The venue, Event Partner and Alfol Ltd accept no responsibility for any personal property.
Ticket holders consent to filming and sound recording as members of the audience.

Neither the venue, the Event Partner, nor Alfol Ltd shall have any further liability beyond the face value of the ticket purchased plus the relevant per ticket booking fee.

All of these terms and conditions are governed by English Law.
