With the curtains just closed on three of the biggest shows, we’ve got the skinny on the hair and fashion partnerships that you’ll want to be part of.

Central Saint Martins BA Graduate show
L’Oréal Professionnel’s blossoming relationship with the world’s hottest college of fashion, Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, was a monumentous occasion this year, with the duo celebrating ten years in partnership. And what a year to be part of the action, with 40 collections and design personalities to contend with.

Date: 1st June 2010
Place: York Hall, Bethnal Green
Hair team: The L’Oréal Professionnel Portfolio comprised 13 rising stars including Chris Appleton of Georges Hairdressing, Sophie Beattie of Royston Blythe and Alison Dace of Saks Hair& Beauty.
Front row: Spotted were former Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design students-come international fashion heroes, Gareth Pugh and David Koma, plus designer John Rocha and artist Grayson Perry
Fashion talent: The L’Oréal Professionnel Award for Young Talent was won by Yi Fang Wan, while the two runner-up positions were taken by menswear designers, Phillip Patterson (second place) and Alex Mullins (third place)

London College of Fashion Design and Technology Show
A powerhouse for nurturing serious design talent, London College of Fashion and Wella Professionals teamed up yet again for this year’s graduate show. As well as celebrity supporters, over 5,000 viewers logged on to the LCF website to watch the show live on www.fashion.arts.ac.uk/2010/live.

Date: 3rd June 2010
Place: The Diary, London
Hair team: Marc Antoni's artistic team, comprising Dan Spiller, Zoe Adams, Claire Fletcher, Chris Cox and Altin Ismali, who met the brief for 26 collections.

Fashion talent: The first award for Fashion Textiles was won by Karishma Shahani, the Design and Technology award went to Yelena Loguiiko and Collection of the Year was won by Nattaphon Sampataphakdee

Graduate Fashion Week
The fashion action didn’t get much hotter than Graduate Fashion Week. Sponsored by River Island, and featuring BA student collections from more than 60 universities and fashion colleges across the UK, there were also guest appearances from fashion students from the Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany, Singapore and Russia. If the guest list at the finale show was anything to go by, Graduate Fashion Week has fast become the place to showcase at.

Place: Earls Court, London
Team: Herman Ho of Headmasters and Claire Morley of Contemporary headed up The L’Oréal Professionnel Portfolio team of 21 artists, including Carolina Crona of Headmasters, Amber Bell of Migele Experience, Ben Codling of Claus & Co and Leighanne Wright of Natural Hair Company.

Fashion talent: Rebecca Thomas (Manchester) scooped the pinnacle title – River Island Gold Award. The International Award then went to Roya Hesam (Amsterdam), the Zandra Rhodes Catwalk Textiles Award was won by Anna Lee (De Monfort Universiy), BHM Visionary Knitwear Award was won by Ledina Zhang (Northumbria), Gold Award Womenswear went to Rhea Fileds (Northbrook College) and Gold Award Mens went to Thomas Crisp (Ravensbourne).
