My light bulb moment…
When I realised that to have a true, sustainable and successful company, it’s essential to have the right people all aligned to the same goal.

My scariest decision…
To move back to the UK after 10 years in South Africa and New Zealand, and uproot my son at a young age. Happily, it proved to be the right decision and we’ve never looked back.

I knew I made it when…
I’ve never thought I have made it. If I did, I would stop dreaming and living my dreams. What would I have to look forward to, or get out of bed for?

If I could go back 10 years
I would eat less, drink less and exercise more!

I’ll never take for granted…
My family and the value of my team.

The most important lesson I’ve learnt…
If you want to be successful, you have to listen to the people you are partnering with. You are born with one mouth and two ears for a reason.

My favourite piece of advice…
Would be that whatever you do, do it with integrity, because when people trust you and your decisions, the amount of effort you get back is humbling.

I owe it all to…
It’s corny, but it’s also true, that I owe it all to my parents. The sacrifices they made to send me to a good school and equip me with valuable lessons in life have made me the person I am today.
